Expect God
Where is your expectation? Is it buried beneath doubt? Has it been suffocated by betrayal? Is it combined with hope and shoved in some dark closet with a lock on the door?
Being broken … being open
I need only be open, and the wonderful thing about being broken is that it results in hundreds of openings…
Christmas is an event
God came long ago, but God is still coming. The potency of that moment is still active. The rush of the Spirit, the flow of grace, the fulfillment of promises … all these are still operative.
